تاثیر ادراک دشواری کار بر کیفیت زندگی پرستاران

چکیده مقاله:
پژوهش پیش رو، به منظور پیش بینی کیفیت زندگی پرستاران و بر اساس ادراک دشواری کار انجام شده است. نمونه پژوهش را 132 پرستار شاغل در بیمارستان های شهر شیراز (شامل 114 نفر زن و 18 نفر مرد) تشکیل می دهند و برای اندازه گیری متغیرهای پژوهش نیز ازیک پرسش نامه پژوهش گر ساخته به منظور بررسی میزان دشواری کار و مقیاس کیفیت زندگی سازمان بهداشت جهانی استفاده شد. پایایی ابزارها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرون باخ و روایی آن ها به روش تحلیل عاملی به دست آمده است.نتایج نشان می دهد میزان سال های خدمت، پیش بینی کننده کیفیت زندگی در گروه مورد بررسی نیست و پرستارانی که دشواری کار بیش تری را ادراک می کنند، با برخورداری کم تراز سلامت روان شناختی، نسبت به محیط زندگی خود دیدی منفی دارند. نتایج این پژوهش با توجه به یافته های پژوهش گران دیگر در این زمینه مورد بررسی قرار گرفته و پیشنهادهایی برای انجام پژوهش های بیش تر ارایه شده است.
